To develop technical documentation for the execution of interventions at targets classified as historical and architectural heritage elements, which requires extra care and specialized rehabilitation works , is necessary and required detailed knowledge of history of these buildings, the amount and their role in community life to which they belong and their structural evolution.
The restoration of the decorations, of the original area partition , of the volumes , which made the quality for buildings or complexes to become classified as historical heritage monuments is revealed only by special studies, prepared by multi criteria analysis of community development and history of the objective in question .
